class=\"rich_media_content\"\u003e\u003cp\u003e我国各地铁路客运量排名，哪些省份靠前？近年来又是哪些地方增长快？\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e第一财经根据国家统计局网站公布的历年铁路客运量数据梳理发现，至2024年，共有19个省铁路客运量超过1亿人次，其中有6个省份的铁路客运量突破2亿人次大关，分别是广东、江苏、浙江、四川、山东和河南。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e作为经济第一大省，广东历来是我国铁路客运大省，其中，2011年广东铁路客运量首度超过辽宁，跃居全国第一，并一直保持至今。去年广东铁路客运量超过4.2亿人次，比第二名的江苏多6697万。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e人口方面，自2007年首次超过河南成为人口第一大省后，广东常住人口数量已经连续18年位居全国第一。2024年末，广东全省常住人口12780万人，新增74万人。同时，广东也是省外流入人口最多的省份。第七次全国人口普查数据显示，2020年省外流入广东人口为2962.21万人，比第二名的浙江多出1343.56万人。加上由于广东较为宽松的落户门槛，省外户籍净迁入人数也比较多。专家认为正是人口多、经济发达、各种出行需求较多，因此铁路客运量也较高。\u003c!--MID_AD_0--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_0--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_0--\u003e\u003cp\u003e广东之后，江苏去年铁路客运量达3.55亿人次，位居第二。浙江虽然常住人口在各省份中仅位列第七，但铁路客运量达到了2.97亿人次，正在靠近3亿人次大关，位居第三。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e在专家看来，随着我国高铁网络的日益完善，现如今，省域内铁路客运数量的规模，不仅跟人口规模有关，也跟省域内经济发展水平紧密相关。中小城市研究院院长牛凤瑞对第一财经分析,铁路运输和区域经济社会发展紧密相关，区域经济发展也是铁路运输发展的重要支撑。浙江民营经济发达，人口流动性大，所以铁路出行需求多。\u003c!--MID_AD_1--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_1--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_1--\u003e\u003cp\u003e第七次全国人口普查数据显示，2020年，浙江的省外流入人口为1618.65万人，仅次于广东位居第二。此外，2024年，浙江常住人口比上一年增加43万人，其中机械增长人口即新增跨省净流入人口为45.4万人。2024年，浙江11个设区市的常住人口全部增长。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp 表：2024年31省份铁路客运量（数据来源：国家统计局）\u003c/span\u003e\u003c/span\u003e\u003c!--NO_READ_END--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e从变化看，近年来，哪些省份铁路客运量增长较快？\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e数据显示，相比2014年，近十年来铁路客运量增幅前十名分别是云南、四川、广西、西藏、甘肃、重庆、山东、江苏、新疆和海南。这其中，西南地区整体增幅领先。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e将时间拉长来看，从2008年开始，我国高铁开始陆续投入运营。相比2008年，近16年来，铁路客运量增幅前十名的省份分别是海南、福建、西藏、广西、云南、四川、浙江、山东、重庆和新疆。这其中，南方不少省份表现亮眼，多省增幅位居前列。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e这些省份客运量增幅加快，很大程度上与铁路网络尤其是高铁网络的逐渐完善有关。从历史上看，2008年及之前，各地铁路客运量大小虽与经济发展程度、人口总量有一定关系，但与铁路网络的完善程度联系更大。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e东北、华北原先铁路建设基础较好，在计划经济时期，以煤炭、钢铁为代表的重化工业主要分布在那里，而重工业对铁路的需求较大。因此，在以普铁为主的时期，东北、华北的铁路密度更高。同时，还有一个非常重要的原因是，东北、华北等地以平原为主，修建铁路难度较小、建设成本较低。而南方地区尤其是西南地区以及东南的福建、浙江等地山地丘陵多，要穿山越岭的地段多，过去技术条件不够成熟、资金短缺，修造铁路的难度较大。\u003c!--MID_AD_2--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_2--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_2--\u003e\u003cp\u003e中小城市研究院院长牛凤瑞说，铁路建设有一个成本问题，平原地区人口密度大，铁路建设成本低。以前山多的地方建设成本高，桥隧比很高，这样建设成本和技术难度大幅提高。而随着技术进步，铁路建设的“禁区”越来越少，过去不能建铁路的地方也能建设。有客观需求，技术上又可行，这样铁路就延伸到了过去没有的地方。\u003c!--MID_AD_3--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_3--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_3--\u003e\u003cp\u003e牛凤瑞说，南方很多山地丘陵占比高的省份，原来的普铁少，高铁建了之后，很多城市的铁路客运从无到有，因此客流量增速较快。比如普铁时代，东南沿海很多中心城市，相互之间没有铁路直接相连，需要从内陆迂回。加上东南沿海地区人口流入多，经济发达，人口流动性大，铁路出行需求量也就大。再比如，2008年海南的铁路客运量只有65万人次，位居各省份倒数第一。2010年底，海南首条高速铁路东环铁路12月30日正式开通，2011年海南铁路客运量一下子从84万增至1074万。\u003c!--MID_AD_4--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_4--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_4--\u003e\u003cp\u003e西南地区山地多平地少，修铁路桥隧占比较高。这些地方城镇化潜力较大，近年来随着交通等基础设施条件不断完善，地方经济得到快速发展，工业化和城镇化进程不断加快。很多地方的客运量增长也很明显。一些西北省份随着铁路里程的增加，客运量增长也比较明显。\u003c/p\u003e\u003csection
